Hong Kong: KTA Media and VR Sports TV are delighted to announce that they working together to provide a broader online output and larger viewing audience for KTA Kiteboard competitions and other Asian watersports events.

Now in its 8th year of operation, KTA Media continues to expand its production and output to further highlight the growing watersports scene in Asia.

KTA Media has always had a strong identity through its social and e-media output over the years and this new opportunity to link with VR Sports will take things to the next level and provide an even more global output for events around Asia.

"We are very pleased to have the opportunity to work with VR Sports TV," said KTA Media’s Neil Godbold. "It’s fantastic to be able to strengthen our IPTV output. VR Sports TV is a great channel, streaming top level event video edits from across the water sports world and we look forward to providing them with a lot more top content in the future."

VR Sport Media itself is also a production and marketing company, connecting people and ideas to maximise the potential of their events and create great media exposure. Central to this is the only dedicated water sports streaming video channel which is designed to showcase three main sectors across the globe: sailing, surfing and paddling.

VR Sport Media's Managing Director, Simon Butterworth, commented "Our Video on Demand channel is always looking at bringing new and exciting water sport events to our global audience - KTA Media with their extensive calendar in Asia is a perfect fit to showcase what the amazing athletes are achieving in kiting."

KTA Media has been gradually increasing its output over the past few seasons, across a multi-platform distribution base and now provides a high level media return for a growing number of Asian sports events.

More recently this former in-house events team has also expanded its portfolio to include sports documentary and adventure sports travel projects which will further open the depth of what the Asia region has to offer.
