Former NCAA Investigator Johanningmeier to Participate in MLBLF Workshop on Investigation Techniques at Atlanta Regional Rules Seminars Site
As a recipient of our newsletters, you and your colleagues are invited to participate in the Michael L. Buckner Law Firm's complimentary session at the site of the 2012 NCAA Regional Rules Seminar in Atlanta, Georgia. The session, "Internal Athletics Investigations and Hot Topics", will take place from 3:30-4:30 pm on the first day (Monday, June 4, 2012) of the seminar at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Room Chicago A-D.
The session will provide:

Best practices and advice from former NCAA associate director of enforcement Richard A. Johanningmeier on how to address enforcement "hot topics" during an NCAA investigation.
