SportAccord launches the SportAccord World Mind Games Website

Lausanne, 6 September 2011 - SportAccord has launched the SportAccord World Mind Games website today.

The website is viewable and searchable at http://www.worldmindgames.net The first edition of SportAccord World Mind Games will take place from 8-16 December 2011 in Beijing, China.

The new website provides users with a comprehensive overview of the preparations for the event and will enable following the games through live graphic applications for each of the sports; Chess, Bridge, Go, Draughts and Xian Qi. In addition, prior to the Games, the website will be a worldwide access point to online tournaments in each of the sports. The participants will have the chance to win a trip to the SportAccord World Mind Games.

RADO, the famous watch brand name from the Swatch Group, is harnessing its pioneering energy in the service of the human brain and its extraordinary capabilities, by becoming the official timekeeper for the SportAccord World Mind Games.

Samsung is the official sponsor of the SportAccord World Mind Games. The Games will be equipped with Samsung electronic equipment.
