Steyn and Morkel to dive in iconic Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 trophy on TUESDAY
The event marks the 100-day countdown
To mark the 100-day countdown to the opening ceremony of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, South Africa fast bowlers Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel will do a shark dive in Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with the ICC Cricket World Cup trophy on Tuesday 9 November at 11h00.
Also present to watch the South Africans take the prestigious trophy of ICC’s flagship event to the bottom of the 11-metre aquarium tank will be members of South Africa and Pakistan squads along with ICC Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat and Emaar Retail LLC Chief Executive Officer Arif Amiri.
This will be a vision-only opportunity and the media is advised to arrive via the Grand Entrance latest by 10h30.

The opening ceremony of the 10th ICC Cricket World Cup will be staged in Dhaka on 17 February 2011 and two days later, co-hosts Bangladesh and India will go head to head in the tournament opener in Mirpur on 19 February. Sri Lanka, the third co-host of the tournament, will open its campaign against Canada in Hambantota on 20 February 2011.
