300th Consecutive Victory attempt set for 2011.

Who will be the 300th Spoiler or Victim?

TheSport 4X4 Co-Founder and inventor has played TheSport 4X4, (1X1) singles version to victory 299 times over the past 31 years. A record setting 300th victory attempt was scheduled to be held during the 2010 International Beach 4X4 Championship Tournament & Festival. Unfortunately that changed as the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico forced the cancellation of the October 2010 event.

Bruce Keffer said, " I guess I'll have to wait for my 300th win until our Winter 2011 event." He went on to explain that the challenger will be selected by the users and visitors of TheSport 4X4, & Beach 4x4 websites. "There are several athletes recently retired from Pro Sports as well as actors, and amateur athletes anxious to stop my streak at 299. I don't care who is on the court for the 300th victory attempt, as long as they challenge me while entertaining the Worldwide Internet audience."

When asked why he was waiting for the Winter 2011 date Keffer said, " When our October 2010 event was canceled, I took several days to evaluate my skills and noticed that I was favoring my left leg. Seems there is an bone chip that need to be removed and that will force me to retrain to regain my (1X) abilities."

So who can apply to be the 300th match spoiler? Alicie Portes, SVP talent has a list of qualities they are looking for.
A.. Athletic, Male & female
B.. Charismatic and outgoing
C.. Ability to adapt to any situation.
D.. No fear of dangerous close up non contact sports.
E.. Must have good flying disc
F.. Must be at least 25yrs or older.

The submission page will be available within two weeks on thesport4X4.info and Beach4X4.com websites. There challengers can upload bio, pic and video to support their chance to be part of Sport History.

The selection committee will make a decision and announce the challenger during the TheSport 4X4, Spring 2011 All Surface Tournament.
