Poland's Ekstraklasa sign Performance Partnership with Prozone Sports Ltd.

As part of a commitment to improve the development of Poland’s premier football league, The Ekstraklasa has recently signed a 2½ year agreement with performance analysis specialists Prozone to provide league-wide analysis.

At the top of the Polish football league system, The Ekstraklasa is the country's primary football competition and is contested by 16 clubs. 

This innovative agreement will see a league-wide analysis of performance made available to all 16 competing teams.  Under the new agreement, Prozone will provide comprehensive performance analysis for the next 2½ years starting on the 28th February 2010. 

Teams including Polonia Warszawa, Wisła Kraków and Zagłębie Lubin will all be using Prozone’s state-of-the-art MATCHVIEWER™ software to create an objective assessment of team and player performance benefiting from the games most comprehensive post-match and opposition analysis solution.

Andrzej Rusko, president of the board of Ekstraklasa SA commeneted;

We had no doubt that providing clubs of Ekstraklasa with MATCHVIEWER is a big step in their everyday work. Such modern application provides them with new possibilities. They can analyse and assess not only their own players but also rivals. The system has been already presented to our coaches, who reacted very positively. Now it is time to start using it from the first match-day this year to improve their skills and primarily sport and tactical level of their teams"
