MLB ANNOUNCES TENTATIVE GAME TIMES FOR 2010 REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE
Opening Day will be held on Monday, April 5th
Major League Baseball today announced tentative game times for the master 2010 regular season schedule for all 30 Major League Baseball Clubs.
The 2010 championship season will begin on Sunday, April 4th, with a national broadcast of ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, with first pitch scheduled for 8:05 p.m. (ET). Major League Baseball’s traditional Opening Day will be held on Monday, April 5th. Target Field, the new home of the Minnesota Twins, is scheduled to open its doors in a 3:10 p.m. (CT) game against the Boston Red Sox on Monday, April 12th. The Los Angeles Dodgers will host the Arizona Diamondbacks at Dodger Stadium on April 15th at 7:10 p.m. (PT), highlighting 2010 Jackie Robinson Day throughout Major League Baseball.
