SHAUN WHITE HEADLINES FINAL STOP OF THE U.S. SNOWBOARDING GRAND PRIX THIS WEEKEND ON NBC SPORTS

Snowboarding and Freestyle Skiing from Park City, Utah Help to Determine U.S. Olympic Team

NEW YORK - Jan. 21, 2010 - Olympic Champions Shaun White, Kelly Clark and Hannah Teter compete among the best in snowboarding as NBC Sports presents taped coverage of the U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix from Park City, Utah this Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. Park City is the final stop of the Grand Prix, where winners will be crowned and the 2010 Olympic halfpipe team will be named.

Airing on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. ET, the Visa Freestyle International encompasses both moguls and aerials. Among those in moguls competition are World Cup Champion Hannah Kearney, Olympic silver medalist Shannon Bahrke and World Champion Patrick Deneen. World Champion Ryan St. Onge, World Cup winner and Olympian Jeret “Speedy” Peterson, and Utah native Lacy Schnoor lead the way in the aerials competition.
