CEO Doug Logan on Sunday morning gave the second and final half of his
“State of the Sport” speech at the Closing General Session of USATF’s
2009 Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. Ranging from “Dick and Jane” to
Neil Young, the speech examines the inspirational and aspirational
qualities of running and ties them to the goals, accomplishments and
