FIFA Women's World Cup Germany 2011 ticket campaign launched

The Organising Committee for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Germany 2011™ has launched today the ticketing campaign for this competition. Sales phases will be divided in three periods, two of which, “City series” and “Twenty11” are focusing on Families and Clubs.

The first round of ticket sales will begin on 29 October 2009. The day has been specifically chosen to launch the online order form on www.FIFA.com as it coincides with the match between women’s football powerhouses Germany and the USA at the new FIFA Women’s World Cup Stadium in Augsburg (kick-off at 18.00 CET). This will mark the start of the first sales period, which will continue until 31 January 2010, with the “city series” being exclusively on offer during this phase.
