SIRIUS XM RADIO EXPANDS AVAILABILITY OF SOCCER PROGRAMMING TO XM LISTENERS

NEW YORK – April 30, 2009 – SIRIUS XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that it has expanded the availability of its soccer programming to XM listeners.  XM subscribers with the “Best of SIRIUS” programming package can now hear the popular soccer talk shows World Soccer Daily and The Football Show, plus live play-by-play of English Premier League and UEFA Champions League matches. 

The Football Show, hosted by Giorgio Chinaglia and Charlie Stillitano, airs every Wednesday throughout the year from 5:00-8:00 pm ET on SIRIUS channel 125 and now on XM channel 102 with the “Best of SIRIUS.”  Throughout the Champions League tournament, The Football Show airs live immediately following every Champions League broadcast on SIRIUS XM.  Chinaglia, the famed former New York Cosmos and Italian national team striker, and Stillitano, the former general manager of the New York New Jersey Metrostars, talk one-on-one with the world’s best players and managers and offer listeners a weekly review of both the Champions League and English Premier League.
