(SFC) The SPORTELMonaco Awards program has just revealed the stellar line up of jury members that will be presided by Canadian sprinter Donovan Bailey for the 2016 edition coming up October 24-27 in the Principality at the Grimaldi Forum.

The annual appointment is the most prestigious gathering for sports marketing and the media industry and the awards will commemorate the best international sports videos and illustrated books of the year.  The awards program attracts a number of Olympic champions and international sports celebrities.

SPORTEL is held under the Presidency of Prince Albert II of Monaco and under the Patronage of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

The Awards Ceremony will take place on Tuesday October 25th at the Grimaldi Forum and will be presided by Prince Albert II of Monaco. The Golden Podium Georges Bertelotti prize winners will receive an original award created by Raymond Moretti.

**LAURA WALDEN has over twenty-five years of experience in the Olympic Movement, formerly at the European Olympic Committees with SportEurope under former IOC President Dr. Jacques Rogge and IOC Member Mario Pescante. She worked with the Rome 2004 and Turin 2006 Olympic bids and also managed PR & media for Dr. Jacques Rogge during his campaign for the presidency.
