(SFC) Major French organizations, BNP Paribas, and La Poste have signed on as Official Partners for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games bid campaign. Paris 2024's total sponsorship revenue is approximately 15.6 million USD (€14m).

BNP Paribas was established in Paris and still holds their headquarters in the French capital. They will be focusing on the theme of "developing talent," and they will expect to promote positive working cultures to their clients and employees.

Furthermore, La Poste is an important postal service company that operates all across France. They will be responsible for creating new programs while engaging their 260,000 employees in communicating their fundamental values of respect and trust. La Poste and their employees will also need to promote Paris 2024 to the nation.

In addition, this latest announcement means that seven major partnership agreements have been secured by Paris 2024. There are still more to come in the next few weeks and months. Each partner is expected to support the bid through the activation of programs, which will aid in enhancing corporate and public engagement.

"Paris 2024 is delighted to welcome two more major companies as partners of our Olympic and Paralympic Games bid. We fully value their support, and it is wonderful that our campaign already has so many major organizations backing our project," expressed Co-Chairman of the Paris 2024 Bid Committee, Bernard Lapasset.

Lapasset added, "This significant achievement is a clear sign that Paris and France's corporate community is firmly behind this bid, that they have excellent confidence in our economic future and hosting capabilities and that they see the great value and benefits of a Games in Paris in 2024."

"It is great news for the Paris 2024 bid that we have already secured seven major sponsors. Through this campaign, their expertise, resources and ability to reach all parts of our nation, will ensure that the positive message of the Olympic Games and our candidacy for 2024 will be embraced by our communities," commented Co-Chairman of the Paris 2024 Bid Committee, Tony Estanguet.

"BNP Paribas and La Poste also have a great track record working in sport through effective sponsorship and public engagement campaigns on major sporting events, so their extensive experience is invaluable as our bid campaign gathers pace," concluded Estanguet.
