Olympics: Leaders of PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 meet to discuss advancement of Asian sport

Sports Features Communications

(SFC) The leaders of the Organizing Committees for the 2018, 2020 and 2022 Olympic & Paralympic Summer and Winter Games met together in PyeongChang, South Korea for a first time gathering to discuss collaborations on Saturday, February 6, 2016.

The meeting was held around the 2016 Audi FIS Ski World Cup taking place February 6-7 at the Jeongseon Alpine Centre, the first of 28 international "test events' in preparation for the 2018 Winter Games in PyeongChang.

With a focus on the future of Asia and the growth of sport on the continent the meetings served to strengthen the collaboration in an effort to advance the vision of the Olympic Movement.
