(SFC) The Oslo 2022 bid team came through the International Olympic Committee (IOC) teleconference on a high note as they carry on with their campaign plans readying for the next big events on the bid cycle.

The President of the Oslo 2022 bid committee and Governing Mayor, Stian Berger Røsland began the session with the IOC by delivering the mandatory 15 minute presentation about the bid plan.

Afterwards the team answered the relevant questions from IOC during the half hour session with the IOC Working Group.

Present with Mayor Røsland, was Eli Grimsby, Chief Executive of Oslo 2022, Simen Olstad, Director of Applications Oslo 2022, Simen Bakken, Director of Concept development Oslo 2022. Representing the NOC was Inge Andersen, Secretary General, and Kristin Kloster Aasen, who is 2nd Vice President.

The Oslo team is currently working all three Norwegian political parties to gain and sustain their support going forward.

IOC head Thomas Bach is set to be in town on Monday next to meet with King Harald at the Royal Palace.
