TAMPA, Mar 10: The NCAA Division 1 Manual is a gigantic manuscript that requires a lot of time and reading to fully understand it.

This is time that most sports journalists do not have time to do while trying to cover their sports to the best of their ability.

However, with more and more big name violations happening every year, it is important for journalists to know the intricate details about NCAA violations.

The Michael L. Buckner Law Firm is going to provide a free webinar to clearly explain the NCAA enforcement process for sports journalists.

The knowledge learned will include how NCAA and university investigators process allegations; interview witnesses; develop infractions reports and other documents; and prepare for infractions hearings.

The “What Sports Journalists Need to Know about the NCAA Enforcement Process in 60 Minutes,” will include a PowerPoint presentation and conference call.

Michael L. Buckner is a licensed attorney and private investigator that specializes on NCAA enforcement cases.

He has appeared on HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel and ESPN’s College Football Live and has been quoted in numerous newspapers.

He is the author of the books, Athletics Investigation Handbook: A Guide for Institutions and Involved Parties During the NCAA Enforcement Process and The ABCs of Ethics: A Resource for Leaders, Managers, and Professionals.

There is no cost for this webinar but it is limited to the first 30 media organizations to sign up.
