SEOUL, Jan. 14: The two co-chairmen of 2018 PyeongChang Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Bid Committee were pleased to present the city’s fresh new logo for the bid race.

Bid leaders Yang-ho Cho, and Jin-sun Kim, officially introduced the new graphic to the public showing a snowflake design to depict snowing on the mountains. The shape of the curve represents the snowboard dip and the slope for winter sports and has been approved by the IOC.

When PyeongChang is officially selected in June as a bid city the IOC will allow use of the Olympic marks.
