International Sports Resources Marketing and Service Trade Fair - Beijing 2012
Approved by the State Council of the PRC, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, co-organized by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, supported by the General Administration of Sport of China and many other ministries and commissions, the first China (Beijing) International Fair for Trade in Services (hereinafter called Beijing Fair) will be held at China National Convention Centre from May 28th to June 1st each year. With the characteristics of National Level, World Class, and Comprehensiveness, the Beijing Fair is the only trade platform in the world covering all the 12 areas of service trade. It aims to further promote the cooperation of trade in services between China and the rest of the world, and become the trading platform for international trade in services, the window for its policy analysis and release, the bridge for exchange and cooperation among related enterprises.
As a core composition of the Beijing Fair sports service sector, the International Sports Resources Marketing and Service Trade Fair aims to provide an annual platform for exchanges and cooperation specific for sports service organizations such as: international and domestic operation institutions with good sports resources; government bodies that plan to bring in and foster sports service products and projects (including sports events, recreation & entertainment activities, and clubs); sports media, sports agencies, sports training institutions, sports venues, sports tourism, sports lottery, and many other sports service organizations; as well as the sports investors and sponsors.
Incorporating all the global high-quality sports service resources, the platform hosts high end international conference, themed promotional meeting, exhibition and negotiations. It's an ideal place where government bodies can display and publicize their development achievements, market environment, and supporting policies related to the sports service industry, in order to attract participation from sports service organizations and investment institutions. I. The event
The Trade Fair is composed of three parts: high-end international conference; themed promotional meeting; exhibition and trade talks.
A. Conference for Trade Development in Sports Services
In order to promote the rapid development of China's sports service industry and its related trade, expand access to international markets, and actively participate in the international competition, the leaders from Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Government, General Administration of Sport, well-known sports authorities, and sports service organizations, principals from sports agents and media, executives from brand enterprises keen on sports marketing, industry experts, as well as local government officials will get together in Beijing to have an in-depth analysis and discussion on the issues of the development trend of international trade in sports services, the opportunities and challenges in the development of China's sports service industry, and so on. The theme will be New Vision, New Challenges, and New Development.

D. On-site Contract Signing
An on-site contract signing center will be assigned by the Beijing Fair Organizing Committee in the central area of exhibition and trade talks. Many world famous financial and sports media will make a full coverage of the signing process.
E. Supply and Demand Information Release
Abundant market supply and demand information will be collected from various local sports authorities and sports service projects. This information will be publicized on the official websites of the Beijing Fair and the International Sports Resources Marketing and Service Trade Fair, displayed on the LED screen during the event, and filed into the Information Manual for Sports Service Market after the event. The manual will be distributed to related units at free of charge.
